This policy explains how ForEdge Studio (“ForEdge”, “we”) handles personal data when you visit foredge.co, send us a project request, contact us in Telegram or leave your details in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram.

Who we are

ForEdge is an independent creative studio for iGaming brands. You can reach us about anything in this policy in Telegram at @ForEdgeCo.

What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, Telegram handle or email, company or brand, and what you tell us about your project, whether through the brief on our site, a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or a message in Telegram.
• Usage data: pages visited, clicks on our buttons, device and browser type and approximate location, collected with cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics, Google Ads and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare an estimate and work with you on a project.
• To understand how our site is used and improve it.
• To measure how well our ads work and show our ads to people who may be interested.

We process your details to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and, for analytics and advertising cookies, on the basis of your consent where the law requires it.

Cookies

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics and advertising cookies are set. You can accept, decline or change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of our home page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run the studio:

• FormSubmit, which delivers requests from our site to our inbox;
• Telegram, when you write to us there;
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram lead forms and the Meta Pixel);
• our hosting provider, Namecheap.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep project requests and correspondence for as long as we need them to discuss and deliver your project, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools above.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to stop using it for a particular purpose, or to send it to you in a portable format. Write to us in Telegram at @ForEdgeCo. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
